In 2008, Megh writen screnplay and directed three short films, which marked Bangladesh\u2019s very first short films shot on a mobile phone.<\/p>\n

Megh produced several short films in 2017 and directed a short documentary in 2020, which went on to win awards in multiple countries.<\/p>\n

In 2020, MEGH<\/strong> is a Bangladesh Government national film grant-winning screenwriter and filmmaker. Notably, he is the youngest recipient in history to secure this prestigious grant under the age of 30. However, his creative talents were later suppressed, and his film funding was unjustly rescinded. Throughout it all, he stands as a pioneer of free thought and a fierce advocate for freedom of expression.<\/p>\n

Director:<\/span><\/strong> Monjurul Islam MEGH made his directorial debut with the full-length feature film ‘MYNA – I Want to Be a Mother’. The film was produced by Jaaz Multimedia, the largest film production and distribution house in Bangladesh. The screenplay and dialogues for this film were written by Megh.<\/p>\n

His sophomore directorial venture, titled ‘Where Is My Home?<\/strong>‘, is currently in pre-production. The feature film is set to be produced in English.<\/p>\n
